Due to the AC induction motor speed control technology rapidly development and its ownadvantages,AC induction motor speed drive system has been widely used in various fields.Further improving and enhancing the performance of induction motor’s variable frequencyspeed regulating and reduce system complexity, it has extensive application values. With thedevelopment of power electronic,microelectronics technology and modern control theory,using microprocessor achieve magnetic field vector control algorithm with high performancemicroprocessor, the performance of AC induction motor control can be closed to the DC motorspeed control system, and achieved significant energy saving effect.Based on a Speed Field Orientated Control of AC Induction Motor, and takeTMS320F2812as the core control chip to design the three-phase AC induction motor FOCsystem, realized a system of good dynamic and static performance, high reliability, strongability. This paper systematically discussed the mathematical model of AC induction motor,analyzed the principle of rotor field-oriented vector control, the strategy of three phase acinduction motor vector control algorithm is studied in this speed control system. Then,according to the modular design ideas, designed the sampling module, storage module, andcommunication module, realized the SVPWM algorithm in the event manager. Finally theexperiment results have verified the efficiency of the three-phase AC induction motorvector-controlled system, and the experiment effect of the speed regulation control system isanalyzed.
