Research On Green Space Spatial Structure Of Plant Community Of Zhengzhou Residential Areas

In recent years, the construction of the urban residential areas in China has become more andmore wide. With the continuous development of residential areas, the living environment has alsoaroused people’s attention gradually. There exists a lot of problems for green space of residentialareas such as monotonous form，single function，large maintenance and input and so on whichaffect the health and service function of urban green space system. As the ecological benefits andstability of urban green space are determined by spatial structure of urban green space plantcommunity, how to study the green space spatial structure of plant community and create beautiful,ecological, comfortable living environment for the residents is one of the main research purposesof this paper.Plant communities are the basic constructive units of urban green space and the basicconstructive elements of urban green space landscape and also the material basis for ecologicalfunction of urban green space system. Respecting the rule of plant growth, building green spaceplant community scientifically and creating healthy, steady and vigorous plant communitylandscape is the inevitable choice to improve the urban ecological environment and realize thesustainable development of cities. At present the scholars at home and abroad have done a lot ofresearch on species composition, habitat structure and spatial structure urban green space plantcommunity of some cities which wasn’t reported about Zhengzhou. This paper mainly studiedgreen space spatial structure of plant community of Zhengzhou residential areas and reviewed theresearch of spatial structure of plant community at home and abroad and set up scientificevaluation system. Also this paper adopted critical methods to investigate five representativeresidential areas and made systematic research and evaluation of green space spatial structure ofplant community of Zhengzhou residential areas through the data obtained. After arrangement,this paper chiefly obtained the following results:1. The evaluation system of green space spatial structure of plant community of residentialareas was established which was applied to green space spatial structure of plant community ofZhengzhou residential areas. The species composition of trees, community density, distance,coverage, proportion of Arbor-bush-herb, forest layers ratio, evergreen and broad-leaved ratio,species diversities and richness, species evenness and monotonous level were studied andanalyzed and also evaluated comprehensively by Index sorting superposition methods andMembership function methods.2. Through the investigation data obtained of spatial structure of plant community of residential areas this paper brought up some problems and gave some suggestion on optimization.3. Based on the above research results and the species composition characteristics inindigenous plants of Zhengzhou city, this paper discussed the natural plant community landscapebuilding patterns of Zhengzhou city residential areas and put forward some plant configurationpatterns of central green space, road green space, residential green space in residential areas.
