The Remediation Planning Studies Based On Ecological Idea "hollow Village"

In this paper, taking a typical hollow village in Hejian city Jinghe town as an example,using the method of field research planning, the village conditions survey is made frompopulation, land and infrastructure the three aspects. Because of the unusual process of ourcountry social development, the special phenomenon "hollow village" appears, and thisphenomenon never appeared in the past or abroad. In oversea, neither related theory norrelated concept about the "hollow village" phenomenon emerged, but their research mainlyconcentrated on the towns and rural development and the theory has reference meaning to"hollow village" regulation. Based on this, according to the danger of rural development,its formation mechanism and the hollow practical analysis, putting forward some specificsolutions to promote the development of agricultural production in the village, promotingdevelopment, so the hollow village governance and promoting rural development adviceand suggestions.From the overall structure, the whole paper is divided into six parts. The first part isthe introduction, it introduces the basis study for "hollow village" research, providing atheoretical basis for the research of this article; the domestic and foreign research mainlyintroduces the research status of "hollow village" rectification, providing a reference forthis study; the research content and significance of this study integrity and the necessity ofthe paper. The second part is about related basic concepts and theoretical experience,comprehensively and objectively understanding the research problem of the "hollowvillage". The third part is the "hollow village" existing state and main problems, mainlyintroduces the influence of the current development trend of "hollow village", the localagriculture present situation and the future development direction, the prominent problemof harm of land protection, and the reason of its are analyzed comprehensively, put forwardgovernment countermeasures. The fourth part is the countermeasure of ecological planningabout hollow village, mainly doing a comprehensive study for the governance of ruralhollowing. It summarizes the hollow village type, mode, the corresponding planningprinciples and countermeasures. The fifth part is the programming and implementation ofthe specific village in Hejian City Jinghe town Huan Liu Cun, providing a healthy,ecological and livable environment for the local villagers. Part VI Conclusions andshortcomings, in this paper the main to adopt. Cases sub-analysis method, based on fieldresearch, data collection, theoretical guidance and technical support remediation planning,in practice, to solve a joy to stayvillage "hollow village" the most important issue, the final environmental remediation planning, use of ecological concepts to form benign, healthyand orderly village style. Village development provide a reference for the sustainabledevelopment of the state with the times, reality.
