Those problems that the safeties of power supply of hydropower station,Reliability and voltage and Frequency fluctuation gain much attention in recent years. Itis important guarantee for improve the safe operation of the hydropower station to takereasonable protective measures of water turbine. The premise of the safety operation ofthe power station is the special detect and correct recognition of the vibration.According to the water turbine test position arrangement in the past, According tothe actual test environment, Decision the scheme design for measuring position inmodel turbine. The vibration of model turbine was measured by using a variety ofmulti-sensor cooperation technology, compared with the single sensor; it has enhancedthe credibility of the data and improved spatial coverage. This paper use D-S evidencecombination method to Processing and fusion the horizontal and vertical directionVibration data of the water turbine model.This paper used3kinds of D-S evidence combination method, they are generalmethod of D-S evidence reasoning, and D-S evidence reasoning method of conflictevidence on the relative importance degree improved, Calculation method of D-Sevidence theory is part of the conflict assignment method. For example, first with theconditions for opening of30mm, engine speed of380rpm, Three methods are used tofusion of three groups of vibration data of turbine vertical direction. Then focus on thevarious working conditions under the condition of experimental vibration of turbinemodel of horizontal and vertical direction are studied, Different conditions wereopening for+5,+7.5,+10,+15,+20,+30,+40,+50and speed100to400rpm. Fusionvibration data by use the basic method of D-S evidence reasoning and D-S evidencetheory method and calculation method under the distribution of conflict, the fusionresult and the distance between the original data as the basis for evaluation, Comparedto the general method and D-S evidence reasoning, Get conclusion thatCalculation of D-S evidence reasoning under the conflict assignment methodimproves the utilization percent of raw data and has better practical value.The conclusion of this paper is also presented that with the speed of hydraulicturbine and the opening degree become enlarge, the slight vibration trend weakness, thestrong vibration trend strengthen. Because the D-S evidence reasoning theory is not perfect and the complexity of the vibration of hydraulic turbine, the conclusion atpresent, still can not fully reflect the actual vibration field, to solve this problem, thinkthat understanding the turbine vibration rule also need more comprehensive layout ofsensors, measure the vibration information, using sensor information more effective,remove redundant information, get more accurate and precise vibration rule andcomplete data fusion method each part of the turbine vibration.
