Abstract/Summary:
The water turbo-generator set is the kernel equipment for a hydropower station, and the stability of the water turbine makes notable impact on the safety operation of the station and benefit for the station in the future. Since Goupitan Hydropower Station takes a very important position in Guizhou electrical power system and the water turbo-generator set has a huge capacity with its complicated technology, it is of great significance to study the operative stability of Goupitan water turbine and define the reasonable parameters as well as the structural model for the water turbine and guarantee the safety stable operation in the long term.Proceeded from actual conditions of Guopitan Hydropower Station and combined the stable factors which have effects on the mixed flow water turbine, this article analyses and studies Main parameters selections, structural designing and the turbine set vibration, it also assessed the set through the module test. The details included several aspects are as follows:1. According to the actual condition of Goupitan Hydropower Station, the reasonable parameters of the water turbine have been defined based on the study of the operation condition and the character impacted to the stability of Goupitan Station turbine set. The result indicates that the parameters' level is suitable and the stability of the water turbine can be improved.2. Proceeded from the fluid dynamics, the rational structural module of the water turbine has been defined by taking the advanced designing means. The result indicates that taking the relative measurement to the water power channel , a positive result of improving the stability can be achieved for Goupitan Hydropower Station and we can forecast that the pressure pulsation indexes of the rotary wheel can meet the requirement of...
