As an important part of aircraft control system, during the flight, the fuel system plays a role of maintaining gravity center of aircraft, ensuring uninterrupted oil supply to engine in any state, its importance is self-evident. Therefore, when aircraft fuel system failure occurs, the accuracy and proficiency of troubleshooting directly affect the flight safety and cost, especially for military aircraft maintenance which directly affects the battle effectiveness and national interests. Through studies of more than ten years of war, it shows that the preparation and process of local war had speeded up greatly in the context of today’s high-tech, meanwhile, space and time are compressed further. Maintaining the combat effectiveness of troops will rely more on weaponry combat power regeneration, namely maintenance and support. Under current international situation, our country has faced great challenge from surrounding countries, therefore, when weapons and equipment are in use and stored, we must maintain its combat readiness integrity through maintenance, and prolong service life and storage time so as to guarantee the troop training, duty and combat readiness. Thus, it requires that maintenance staff should be equipped with higher theoretical level and practical ability. The traditional flight training, which is based on the real plane or flight simulator, requires high cost, it is difficult to carry on the corresponding functional extension and improvement when it’s finished, the maintenance personnel training and operation level are restricted to a great extent, not only do not achieve ideal effect, but airlines and forces consume a large amount of manpower and time.The aircraft fuel system fault simulation training system in the article, adopts simulation hardware to replace actual material and has a comprehensive combination of the computer control technology, interactive electronic manual (IETM), virtual simulation technology, fault simulation technology. Realize electricity testing, troubleshooting and standard line in one. The system reproduces typical fault phenomenon of fuel system, so as to realize the fuel system self-testing and all aspects of training in fault and field maintenance process. So the basic work flow of the field work can be migrated into the internship training lab, and it provides a platform for engineering maintenance personnel troubleshooting training and statistical evaluation. In addition, the whole operation process accords with the real system, maintenance personnel can learn the usage of the system and work principle intuitively. To effectively ensure security and maintenance troubleshooting of the plane, the training system stated in the paper trains maintenance personnel from the failure principle to fault diagnosis and even troubleshooting training, improve the level and quality of maintenance personnel. Meanwhile, the research of the system lays a solid technical foundation for developing the aircraft fault training device.
