The traditional flight training, which is based on the real plane or flight simulator, requires high cost, it is difficult to carry on the corresponding functional extension and improvement when it’s finished, the maintenance personnel training and operation level are restricted to a great extent, not only do not achieve ideal effect, but airlines and forces consume a large amount of manpower and time.The aircraft fuel system fault simulation training system in the article, adopts simulation hardware to replace actual material and has a comprehensive combination of the computer control technology, interactive electronic manual (IETM), virtual simulation technology, fault simulation technology. Realize electricity testing, troubleshooting and standard line in one. The system reproduces typical fault phenomenon of fuel system, so as to realize the fuel system self-testing and all aspects of training in fault and field maintenance process. So the basic work flow of the field work can be migrated into the internship training lab, and it provides a platform for engineering maintenance personnel troubleshooting training and statistical evaluation.
