| Since 2006 China has imported and upgraded several kinds of EMUS, such as CRH1,CRH2 and CRH5. With the rapid development of EMU, the actual running time of EMU become longer.EMU drivers and machinists need to have the abilities of make a diagnosis quickly and hand the faults when EMU meet the burst troubles in order to ensure the safty of EMU. A new training platform of breaking system for EMU drivers and machinists has been provided by a trouble-shooting training system for CRH5 Electric Multiple Unit,it overcome the traditional training way make the EMU drivers and machinists to master the way of troubleshooting about the EMU breaking system.On the basis of analyzing demand of EMU training system, the functional structure of EMU troubleshooting training system was established and introduce every module functions in detail combining with the present condition of EMU drivers and machinists training in home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing the demand of the troubleshooting training database, this paper designed the structure of database. On the basis of comparing kinds of knowledge expression methods, the system adopts procreant and object-orient phrase rules and expression methods to create rule bases.3DS MAX is used in modeling the driver’s cab and other scene, and rendering the model by V-Ray renderer, and the system adopts Microsoft Access as the database, finally, writing code of the system under Delphi7 development environment. Combining with the breaking method of breaking system in “CRH5 Emergency Troubleshooting Handbook”,adopt method of expert system divide the types of faults and operation rules, the rule bases was established.Development of this system will rich training resources and achieve the best effect.
