Building Block is a indispensable material in modern construction engineering,it is made of a variety of non-clay materials by modern technology.Now the main building blocks are mainly concrete blocks, no clinker cement cinder concrete block, plus aerated concrete block, lightweight aggregate concrete blocks, steam curing of fly ash blocks and so on. With the continuous development of modern construction speed and increasely quality requirements, building block has become an increasingly important role. Aerated concrete block is now an new wall material which adapts to social and economic development through experience and technology. It is widely used as a non-load-bearing external wall.This paper studies the aerated concrete block cracks at different parts of the case in construction, analyzes the deformation characteristics and the influence of aerated concrete block wall stability by construction technology. By optimizing the aerated concrete block construction technology and standardizing the construction quality control of aerated concrete block, the paper explores the causes of cracks in the wall filled of oaerated concrete block and provides the conditions of promotion and application for it. And it propose appropriate measures to solve the cracks according to the related data obtained from the company in cooperation with Qingdao University of specific experimental. First, the paper introduce the design, the construction processes and the process measures based on the construction of a number of our projects under construction to conduct research.Then it points out the flaws in construction, finds the point of cracks in the wall filled with aerated concrete block and the cause of it.The paper focuses on the aerated concrete block factory age, temperature, humidity, moisture content, moisture after the second deformation and plastering mortar, masonry mortar for aerated concrete blocks and wall deformation from the problem cause of aerated concrete wall, the United Qingdao Technological University laboratory used for this experiment autoclaved aerated concrete block wall for physical and mechanical properties and the combin of the finding. Combined with the findings and experimental results, the paper propose corresponding wall design of structural and construction process measures to prevent the cracks, and anasyses its contribution to the economic costs.
