| With the rapid development of our infrastructure construction,the concrete cracks are very common in the modern construction,especially represented in the mass concrete。In recent years, the research on durability of concrete is receiving a great deal of attention, the presence of concrete cracks may lead to engineering structure's water permeating,corrosion or induce steel-bar corrosion, thus demaging the structure function or durability of the project。Therefore,how to avoid the construction cracks in concrete structures is a subject deserving of study。According to the construction of the platform work in Nanjiang double-track highway Bridge of tianjin pot, this article researches on the prevention measurements of reducing the concrete harmful cracks, mainly from the concrete mix proportion design,on-site concrete placement technology,temperature control, and applys the measures to engineering practice。From the practical engineering quality, although the concrete cracks can not be completely avoided,we can keep it in the controllable range by making strict and appropriate construction measures and taking effective preventive measures。Meanwhile,the article also introduces several common methods of crack repair。Repairing concrete crack timely and appropriately can prevent a further growth of cracks,in order to avoid any major harmful cracks。Further improve the durability of concrete, as well as extend the useful life of structure。The results show that:high quality raw materials and reasonable concrete mix proportion are the base to prevent mass concrete crack; reasonable construction organization,correct construction program,strict temperature control will provide technical guarantee for reducing mass concrete crack。... |
