Research On Demolition Resettlement Area Farmers’Green Space Planning Design In Changsha City

With the acceleration of the urbanization in Changsha City, the building of farme rs’demolition resettlement area are gradually increased, this type of cells arouse more and more attention of our society. However, our country do not pay ennough attention to the planning and designation of the greenbelt around the peasants’ communities at present, value the form, but neglect the functions. So it’s inadequate to meet the reside nts’ demand for outdoor activities. Therefore, the research of the designation of the gr eenbelt around the peasants’communities should arouse enough concern.According to the information of domestic and foreign literature, combined with t he relevant regulations of our country, we discuss the designation of the communities in a deep-going way refer to the urban ekistics, behavioral psychology, landscape arch itecture and other disciplines. Mainly include the following aspects:(1) The investigation of the greenbelt of the peasant’s communities in Changsha Cit y. We selected Xianjia Village, Jianxin Community, Yinxing Homes, Lotus Communi ty, and Binhu Community as our research targets. We measured the greenbelt ratio of communities, analyzed the situation of the greenbelt, and the plants on the ground as well as the needs of the residents for outdoor activities. Thus we provide a realistic ba sis for the resettlement of the greenbelt planning and design theory.(2) Research of the designation of the greenbelt around the peasants’ communities in Changsha City. On the basis of the present situation investigation to find the actual pr oblem.,we analyze the functions of the greenbelt, the rules of greenbelt designing, the collocation of the plants on the ground, and we put forward the green space planning a nd design methods:"one substance with multifunction""Arable Greenbelt".(3) Finally, we combined the designing method with the instance, proof the reasona bility of the designation in greening extract transform of the resettlement residential ar ea in the High-tech zone.This article focus on the green space in resettlement residential area from professional perspective, planning and design problems in the greenbelt in the demolition resettlement area are discussed and then comes to the resolution of the designation of the greenbelt which is suitable for the peasants’ economic position. Finally, provide guidance and reference for the Green space planning and design in demolition resettlement area of Changsha City.
