Study On Green Space System Of Residential Placement In Wenjiang

Now, with the social and economic development, the gap between urban and rural areas have become prominent increasingly. In particular, to build the urban and rural intergration pracess and to create "World’s modern garden city "of Chengdu, in order to ease the gap between urban and rural areas, to meet rural residents for the demard of the well residential environment, to hope that through the reasonable planning and contruation of green residential placement, can create for rural residents the same comfortable and clean living environment with urban residents. The planning norms and standards of greenland in the placement community are at zhe exploratory stage, there are a lot of problems and deficiencies in the process of construction and the late managemt. Wenjiang as an inportant demonstration of Chengdu, in order to conform to the construction of "World’s modern garden city " in Chengdu, it is particularly important to research and investigate deeply of the greenland planning in the placement community in Wenjiang.This paper identified demolition of the construction three placement community because of expropriation of the construction of school sites:The Huimin community,The youjiadu community, The Tianfujiayuan community. Through field survey and questionnaire survey, make the discussion and analysis of the form of the greenland in placement community layut, the condition of structure plant disposition, the using for situation of residents pair of greenland and satisfaction, conclusions are dranm as follows:Firstly, the greenland in the placemet community in Wenjiang have the basic forns of regular layout, the natureal layout, and the hybrid layout, affecting its layout from have the pre-factors and post-factors factors. Antecedent factors, including factors of the natural environment, the form of the architectural layont, and economic factors; late factors are the behavior of the residents of residents of the greenland in the placement community as the main affecting factor.Secondly, the forms of the architectural layout effect the constitute proportion of the greenland in placement community. Fourthly, the factors of affectting the residents for the satisfaction evaluation of greenland are the age of residents in placement community、 degree、 gender、family composition、 the green area of per capita、 accessibility of green spaces、 building outcomes of green infrastructure and so on.Fifthly, there are obvious differences that residents of different ages for the utilization of the form of greenland、time、venue and the spaces of communication, it is should be based on the residents of its utilization for the differernt user-frienly design in the green space system planning of placement community.Different groups of residents in the resettlement area of green space needs, including children and the elderly to the highest utilization of green spsce.
