Vibration exists widely in life and engineering practice, vibration mechanics are beingcontinuously developed along with the progress of science and technology. People begin tomake use of vibration more and more, tens of thousands vibration machine appear.Vibration is one of them; there are numerous scholars and organizations do research on it, alarge number o research and experiment show that vibration aging has the advantage ofprocessing quickly obvious effect energy saving and environmental protecting etc.The main content of this article is introducing the structure and principle of the vibrationtable do analyses and research on it. Mainly discusses the vibration table structure andprinciple, the dynamic characteristics of the whole simulation, and the key parts of therotary valve shaft modal analysis and rotary valve fluid analysis. The paper altogetherdivides into six chapters; the main content is as follows.The first chapter presents the definition of vibration and development history, the harmof vibration and vibration utilization, vibration aging principle and process and realizes thevibration of the different ways and contrast, different forms of hydraulic vibration.The second chapter presents the hydraulic vibration table composition and workingprinciple, introduced the rotary valve and vibration cylinder, and did the research onrotating valve flow area.The third chapter using simulation software of hydraulic system, and simulation thatsystem parameters affecting relations between and discusses the influence of accumulatorand line to the system.The fourth chapter did modal analysis using finite element analysis software ANSYSon system key components rotary valve shaft, get the first six order natural modal andvibration mode diagram, provide guidance for the shaft dynamic design.The fifth chapter did fluid simulation on internal flow field of the rotating valve, thesame set up different boundary conditions of the latter and the latter in the same set underdifferent boundary conditions are simulated respectively to strengthen counter rotatingvalve flow field in the understanding, rotary valve for the optimization and improvement toprovide the reference.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this work was summarized and thefurther research was proposed in order to in this paper on the basis of further research. |
