With the rapid development of modern industry,hydraulic excitation technology has become an indispensable basic application technology in the field of engineering,and the research of excitation technology is developing in the direction of high frequency and large excitation force.The rotary valve is the core component of the hydraulic exciter,and its performance directly affects the working performance of the electro-hydraulic exciter system.However,when the rotary valve works at high frequency,there are problems such as hydraulic shock and insufficient flow capacity.Therefore,based on the transient characteristics analysis of the flow field of the rotary valve,this paper studies the influence of the pre-opening type on the pressure and flow characteristics of the rotary valve,and provides a reference for improving and improving the working performance of the rotary valve under high frequency conditions.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The structure and working principle of the rotary valve are introduced,the flow-through process of the rotary valve is analyzed,the mathematical model of the valve port area of the rotary valve is established,the pressure-flow equation of the rotary valve is constructed,and the static characteristics of the rotary valve are analyzed.(2)The physical model of the rotary valve is established according to the flow channel structure parameters of the rotary valve,and the physical model of the rotary valve is meshed based on ICEM software.The transient flow process of the fluid in the rotary valve is numerically simulated by the slip grid technology in Fluent,and the distribution and variation of the internal pressure field and velocity field of the rotary valve under different working conditions are studied.(3)According to the working principle of the rotary valve,the type of pre-opening type of the rotary valve is divided.The simulation model of the rotary valve with different pre-opening types was established,and the influence of different pre-opening types and pre-opening amount on the pressure and flow characteristics of the rotary valve was studied.(4)An experimental platform for hydraulic vibration excitation system based on rotary valve is built,the influence of pre-opening type on the output flow of rotary valve is studied through experiments,and the experimental results are compared with simulation results to verify the correctness of simulation analysis. |
