Hydraulic technology is an important aspect of modern industrial technology, it has a wide range of applications in a variety of industrial equipment, operating machinery, ships, aircraft, and so on. The hydraulic pump is an energy conversion device. The hydraulic system provides mechanical prime mover such as electric motor or internal combustion engine energy is converted into hydraulic energy, the pressure oil is provided to the entire system and drive the work of each partial element. As a hydraulic drive system energy provider, the hydraulic pump is hydraulics component, like vane pumps, gear pumps, screw pumps and piston pumps four major categories. Piston pump are widely used in overloaded areas, but at the same time, its noise, life, stability, and so some of the data comparison passable, so holds many research for the piston pump focuses on reducing noise, prolong life and improve stability.For the above mentioned problems, this paper proposes a new type of radial piston pump. Novel piston pump is used the concentric mounting structure of the stator and the rotor, compared to the eccentric structure with the conventional radial piston pump, from the fundamental solution to the problem of the imbalance in the radial force; stator curve is used in the elliptic curve use of the smoothness of the elliptic curve, to solve flow pulsation and the noise problem; number of pistons is even, evenly and symmetrically distributed, to prevent the radial direction uneven; Suction window with the oil discharge window were two, each rotation, completion of the process of the suction and pressure oil twice; design of the plunger bore and the plunger are the stepped structure, and a spring, the plunger in the spring and centrifugal force Suction; addition, for the distribution flow axis, designed a new punch to meet the design needs.Diagram of the design is done using software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, given the detailed design of special parts for the stator elliptic curve data analysis. By using the Matlab simulation software, carried out a detailed performance analysis. The results show that both flow pulsation and noise, compared with previous products, have been greatly reduced.Improved structure of the stator curve used is oval, with its smooth continuous and other excellent characteristics, and to ensure the stability of the output pressure, and stator curve establishes a hydraulic pump mounted symmetrically, from the fundamental solution to the radial force problem of uneven wear, deformation also lessened.Secondly, the new structure with the flow axis, in order to meet performance requirements, this article uses a new type of structural design, in order to meet the technical requirements for oil suction and discharge process, and to consider easier to achieve in terms of processing and process, easy to put into operation.At the same time, valve shaft open triangle damping groove, and its performance, structure and other aspects of the analysis. The design is simple and reasonable, and to optimize the structure parameters, under the conditions of the same flow area, the cross section can maintain a better flow capacity, and when the flow area is small, and is less prone to clogging of its flow capacity damping groove corresponding improved, In this way, the work noise will be greatly reduced.In addition, the structure of the slipper and plunger is relatively simple and reliable connection, reducing the difficulty of processing, as well as the requirements of the quality process, slipper friction pairs in contact with the stator, the sliding part-rolling friction and effective reduce the slipper part in the stator surface friction and wear.In summary, the design ideas, through improvements in the radial piston pump structure, completed to reduce the flow pulsation, noise and wear, increased life expectancy, simplify the design and other mission requirements, making the product’s economic benefits and practical terms have a great improvement, and broaden its field of application.
