In the manufacturing, using a variety of materials, such as aluminum alloys, composites, adhesives, sealants, oil, rubber and so on. These materials are to be tested by laboratory before use, which to determine the material meets its requirements and design on the material properties. Materials testing laboratory is very important, which is able to provide an accurate report and get the recognition and trust of all sectors of society.In this paper, we study the testing laboratory of the A aircraft manufacturing company how to create and run an effective quality management system, and the factors affecting operation of the quality management system are analyzed, and ensure the normal operation of the quality management system. Firstly, introduces the development history and theoretical basis of quality management system. Secondly, the establishment and operation of laboratory quality management system, the main quality management from the program management and technology, in the process of application of quality control chart, t-test, regression analysis and so on. Finally, evaluation the quality management system of the laboratory, and improve the weak link. The establishment of quality management system, to continue to control the system, set up the idea of total quality management can effectively promote the quality testing laboratory assurance ability.
