For the large inertia of the hydraulic servo, the system is low damping and prone to instability phenomenon. In order to improve the damping and stability, dynamic pressure corrected to a common mode feedback. Also, in order to analyze the dynamic characteristics and the effect of pressure feedback. the dynamic pressure servo valve and feedback mechanisms、test methods and performance comparison feedback were analyzed.In this paper, Servo valve and the dynamic pressure feedback mechanism and test methods were analyzed. first, briefly describes servo valve and the dynamic pressure feedback working principle. Established the mathematical model of servo valve、the dynamic pressure feedback and servo system, derived servo valve and the dynamic pressure feedback transfer function, then according to the mathematical model analyzed the dynamic pressure feedback test key parameters.Based on servo valve and the dynamic pressure feedback of theoretical analysis, designed a set of dynamic pressure feedback scheme, from the structure, performance and other aspects of the design calculations. Then analyzed the testing method of dynamic pressure feedback according to the characteristics of dynamic pressure feedback, For conventional dynamic pressure feedback difficulties during testing, the design of the servo valve dynamic pressure feedback test method and data processing method.In the performance simulation, with the aid of AMESim and Matlab/simulink simulation tool, established the dynamic pressure feedback servo valve and the pressure feedback servo system model, The parameter setting and the simulation analysis was carried out on the model, analyzed the servo valve and servo systems in dynamic pressure feedback mode under static and dynamic performance. In the experiment, compared to the dynamic pressure feedback and not drive the performance difference of pressure feedback servo system, analyzed the dynamic pressure feedback effect.Based on the dynamic pressure feedback analysis, verifies the correctness of the mathematical model of dynamic pressure feedback; the results of simulation and test, to verify the dynamic pressure feedback system can effectively improve the system damping and suppress the resonant peak, can make the system stability be improved obviously.
