Electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve is the key component of electro hydraulic servo system,which performance directly determines the function and related characteristics of the servo system.The 2D digital servo valve,invented by Zhejiang University of Technology,has been successfully applied in aerospace and military fields,with its advantages of simple structure,high precision,fast response and strong anti pollution ability.The two-dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic servo valve designed in this paper is the innovative research based on the mature 2D digital servo valve,with the original 2D digital servo valve as a pressure displacement mechanism,change the axial movement distance of the two-dimensional piston by controlling the deflection angle of the rotating electromagnet,and further change the spring force to adjust the pressure of system.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Structure design of two dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve.The structure design of two-dimensional(2D)electro hydraulic pressure servo valve mainly includes valve body module,electro mechanical converter module,transmission mechanism module and displacement sensor module.The structural design of the valve body module is the key.2.Mathematical modeling and simulation of two-dimensional(2D)electro hydraulic pressure servo valve.Establish the mathematical model of the rotating electromagnet,pilot stage hydraulic servo mechanism and single pressure reducing valve,analyze the step characteristics of two-dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve through the simulation,analyze several key factors affecting the performance of the pilot stage,and optimize the design of the valve body by combining the simulated results and the structural calculation.3.Stability analysis and simulation of two-dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve.On the basis of the mathematical model,draw the Bode diagram with MATLAB to analyze its stability.The optimization of the structure parameters and squeeze oil filmincrease system damping,which makes the system stable finally.4.Experimental study of two-dimensional(2D)electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve.In order to verify the correctness of the principle,the experimental platform is built,and the experimental research is carried out about the electro-mechanical converter,zero position leakage and typical characteristics.The results show that the two-dimensional(2D)electro hydraulic pressure servo valve hysteresis <3%,linear <2%,leakage <0.5L/min,basically meet the design requirements.
