With the advantages of high space utilization,high degree of automation and good safety performance,Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems are widely used in industrial production,logistics,military and other fields and have good prospects.However,the Automated Storage and Retrieval System for multi-variety and small-batch storage is currently seldom used and lacks corresponding research.The main reasons are as follows: On the one hand,due to the characteristics of multi-variety and small-batch storage,it increases the difficulty of picking and storage,and the Material storage requirements for physical structures such as pallets and shelves are also different.On the other hand,the current dense stereoscopic warehouses with a high degree of automation and intelligence are mostly used for the storage of small varieties and large batches,while for the storage of multiple varieties and small batches,the dense stereoscopic warehouses are not suitable.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment of modern enterprises,the individual needs of multivariety and small batches will become the main theme of market development.Therefore,the research on Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems for multi-variety and small batch storage has strong practical significance.At present,there are many contradictions in the structural design of multi-variety and small-batch storage Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems,and an innovative discipline is urgently needed to provide theoretical guidance and solve problems.Extenics is a new discipline that uses formal models to study the basic laws and methods of dealing with contradictory problems.This thesis combines extenics theory,extensibility design method,structural design and knowledge in the field of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems to solve the problem of difficulty in picking multiple varieties and small batches,and obtains a number of structural design ideas that meet the needs.Universal extension design method of Automated Storage and Retrieval System structure.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Analyzed the design requirements of multi-variety and small-batch storage methods and Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems of G enterprise,established an extension model and implemented active transformation,and obtained the design idea of unified classification and division of stored materials to solve the multi-variety of G enterprise.The problem of small batch storage;secondly,the comprehensive warehousing and storage layout of enterprise G was planned,and it was established that enterprise G needed to establish the storage units required for the Automated Storage and Retrieval System in No.Lay the foundation for extension design.(2)According to the composite element construction method,new definitions of the composite meta-model of multi-component matter-element and functional event-element,the composite meta-model of multi-component matter-element and connection relationship element,and the mapping relationship between functional composite element and connection relationship element are proposed.,an extension model for storing complex functional elements,packaging complex functional elements,loading complex functional elements,moving complex functional elements,and storing complex functional elements for multivariety and small-batch storage was established,and then a complex functional element implication system and Automated Storage and Retrieval System were constructed.Comprehensive related network.(3)Based on the expansion analysis method and the extension transformation method,the extension design of the three-dimensional shelves and handling equipment of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System is carried out,and six kinds of racking modes and nine kinds of storage systems are obtained;according to the domain knowledge and actual needs,and obtained a creative set of Automated Storage and Retrieval System structure design that meets the design requirements.(4)By selecting measurement indicators and establishing correlation functions,the obtained structural design creative sets are evaluated for goodness,and a four-way multistorey shuttle three-dimensional warehouse and a No.5 comprehensive warehouse are established in the No.3 general warehouse of G company respectively.The design scheme and layout diagram of the automatic pallet warehouse,and the design schemes of the two types of automatic three-dimensional warehouses have been adopted and applied by G enterprise,forming an extension design method of automatic three-dimensional warehouse with universality in the field.This thesis is the first to put forward the application of extension design to the structural design research of Automated Storage and Retrieval System,which solves the problems of multi-variety and small-batch storage and picking difficulties,low degree of automation and low space utilization of three-dimensional warehouse in the warehousing system of G enterprise.An extension design method of an Automated Storage and Retrieval System with universality in a certain field provides design ideas and method support for the structural design of an Automated Storage and Retrieval System,and enriches the theoretical research and extension design method system of the structural design of an Automated Storage and Retrieval System.
