The Ecological Planning Of Landscape Impact Assessment In Wuhan Tianxing Oasis

Multi-disciplinary comprehensive research has always drawn much attention in the academic field. The research about the relation between huaman and land interaction, especially the people’s feeling of individual reaction and mass effect caused by environment change.Its embodiment in the field of social economy, culture and the function is the research hotspot in recent years. Compared to the foreign research progress of landscape, the development of the landscape impact assessment in our country is lack of a comprehensive system analysis. The landscape impact assessment is in a planning stage and the solution of the existing problems in the practical application is quite limited.The function of landscape is been excavated in this paper and is applied in ecological and non-ecological fields landscape types and landscape unit is established as the evaluation object, and then to the evaluation system. Field survey methods including the questionnaire investigation, expert evaluation method and other methods, and also with the help of the advanced technology such as GIS means is employed to evacuate the actuality conditions of the landscape in Tianxing Oasis. At the same time, on the basis of study on Tianxing Oasis ecological planning, the author then use impact source in the environmental impact assessment for reference and considers the artificial building as the impact source after the planning and uses3D visual analysis function in ArcGIS to imitate planning horizon. After the comparative study on ecological and non-ecological function. The targeted development and protection countermeasures are put forward.Landscape concepts integrate with the point of natural and social, scientific and aesthetic, rational and perceptual concept. This research is the connotation of landscape of non-ecological function and the evaluation technology theory framework derived from the landscape function. With people feeling scales of evaluation objects, a preliminary landscape construction of the evaluation index system of ecological function is completed. Evaluation technology system design by means of advanced technology such as GIS, objectively highlight the actually condition of landscape impact assessment. And the evaluation and prediction is scientificly making evaluation result more clear and intuitive.Evaluation results show that Tianxing Oasis has a good state of the bio-diversity, and the ecological system has strong anti-jamming capability and is relatively stable. Afrer the comparative study of ecosystem services value before and after the planning, the author finds that the ecological service value has no obvious change before and after the planning. And establishing status of landscape unit priority levels, the author combines with planning horizon after simulation analysis and proposes some suggestion in the planning stage.To sum up, the evaluation system is the complement to the existing landscape impact assessment system in technology chain and has operable and considerable application prospects.
