Along with the progress of computer technology, information technology andconstruction technology, intelligent building develops vigorously. Building intelligent need tobuild a highly automation control system, but as the core of the control system, the integratedmanagement system still has many problems. Because the equipments of different intelligentbuilding subsystems come from different manufacturers and follow different communicationstandards and design structure, it’s hard to integrated control. In order to obtain efficientcontrol management, the information communication between basic equipment andsubsystems in the building must be under unified agreement. So it’s openness andinteroperability. System integration also requires the scientific configuration andcomprehensive optimization for each subsystem function to make it more perfect and morepowerful system function.In allusion to the requirement of modern intelligent building integrated control system,this article discusses the control system model and the development tendency. It analyses theadvantages and disadvantages of three different integrated modes: protocol-oriented,platform-oriented and Web service system integration. The paper discusses that the Webservice system integration technology of intelligent building system is the inevitable trend ofthe development. It can achieve more agreement system integration and can avoid thedifferent communication protocol and standard between different equipments which comefrom different manufacturers. It also makes the system integrated more flexible. And researchresults are applied to the integrated intelligent control system design of Guangzhou Chessproject. The integrated intelligent control system consists of18subsystems.Intelligent building contains a large number of electronic equipments. They have lowvoltage withstand level and little capacity to protect the impact of lightning stroke. They needto properly avoid the electromagnetic interference. Traditional lightning protection designcan’t meet the lightning protection requirements. The lightning arrester of building introducespowerful lightning current through earth wires to the ground. It produces powerfulelectromagnetic field and induces over-voltage on the nearby conductors. It may damage lowpowered devices which connect to the conductors. This paper put forwards the overallplanning of lightning protection measures for intelligent building and puts forward keyresearch problems of the intelligent building. The study focuses on using shielding,equipotential connection, reasonable wiring and grounding system, the surge protector toprotect the low powered devices from lightning. Based on the studies above, the Guangzhou Chess lightning ground system is designed. It effectively protects a large number of intelligentelectronic equipment from lightning gamage.
