Since the21st century, China’s building industry has entered a new period of rapiddevelopment with the acceleration of urbanization and the level of project managment hasalso continuously improved along with the development of technlogy. With the developmentof the construction industry and the inprovment of the level of project management, theconstruction accidents occurred frequently in building industry and the situation of safetyproduction is very severe. Therefore, it is very significant to use the project risk managementtheory to investigate the risk control for the safety construction in theory and it also can avoidthe sfety risk, reduce project management costs and improve economic and social benefits inreality. The paper is aimed to investigate the risk control for the lifting operations in theconstruction stage and intonduces the concept of the safety production risk of the constuctionproject and the related concepts etc. by analyzing the meaning of risk and risk management;Furthermore, the paper describes the characteristics and rules of the safety production risk.Based on this, the project security risk managment process is presented. The paper, moreover,studies the security production risk analysis and control of the constuction stage with theproject case and Fault tree analysis was used to develop the lifting equipments safetyaccidents model; In adition, the lifting safety accidents was analysed and the targeted controlmeasures was proposed to improve the relevant management of risks. |
