Concrete is the largest material usage in construction engineering. In recent years, to develop green concrete has become the inevitable trend of development of the new concrete in the new era for protecting the environment and the sustainable development. Superfine fly ash concrete is in keeping with the development trend of modern concrete. In order to make the superfine fly ash concrete has been widely understood and accepted, the performance is introduced in detail and which has great potential application in the concrete. Through mixed with fly ash with different diameter in concrete here, to analysis the superior performance of superfine fly ash concrete.It is tested the compressive strength and the splitting tensile strength in different design strength of concrete under the condition of different age with different dosage of fly ash with different diameter in the experiment to explore the change rule, Here the orthogonal test is used in the main experimental work as following aspects:1、It is discussed the concrete mechanics performance of different design strength affected by different dosage of superfine fly ash or fly ash through the orthogonal contrast test to confirm the main factors affecting strength of concrete, and to analyze the performance advantage of superfine fly ash concrete.2、Combining the above factors, and the concrete is maintained under standard conditions in three ages of28d、60d、90d to ensure the best mixture ratio, the best dosage of superfine fly ash and the best age of three different design strength of superfine fly ash concrete, then to further confirm the influence of superfine fly ash on the concrete mechanics performance and to find out the main principles and the key technical points making superfine fly ash concrete.3、The experimental results show that:the performance advantage of superfine fly ash concrete is more obvious than which of fly ash, in a certain dosage range it can not only meet the requirement of concrete strength, Thus, the usable range of superfine fly ash is expanded, a part of cement is replaced, the superfine fly ash concrete is the superior one deserve to be researched and popularized.
