Focus on the phenomenon of the serious lack of coarse sand resources this year inChina, in order to use superfine sand made of high strength concrete, this test use localmaterial to make superfine concrete. Then it carries on the superfine sand concreteworkability and other aspects of performance test and analysis.Firstly, the raw materials have been carried on the performance analysis andresearch, especially showing the difference between superfine sand and the coarsesand.Then the test analyzes C40superfine concrete’s workability and compressivestrength. The results show that with the water-binder ratio of0.45, sand rate of30%, flyash replacement rate of10%,by adding1.2superplaticizer can produce28d strength upto59.1MPa, for60mm slump of concrete. Test using NEL method to study the C40superfine sand concrete permeability performance, results show that the use of specialfine sand can be completely configured out concrete anti-permeability performance isvery good.Secondly, the tests make two groups of contrast. Research and analysis itsworkability and compressive by reducing water-binder ratio regularly under twodifferent condition one fly ash replacement is0and the other’s20%. The results showbetter concrete can be made when sand rate of27%, fly ash replacement of0,water-binder ratio of0.32, its compressive strength reaches67.2MPa.This experiment also studied two groups of the carbonation resistance of concrete.The results show that the reducing water-binder ratio is helpful for the improvement ofthe special fine sand concrete carbonation resistance ability. Only in high quality of Igrade fly ash replacement can improve the effect of the carbonation resistance. |
