| Because of the characteristic of the concrete itself, such as formation easily, following the principles of using local materials and economy, concrete has always played the indispensable role in civil engineering works. With the development of concrete material and structure science, more and more mineral and chemical admixture is added to concrete. This can make concrete a broader range of application in more varied constitute form. Furthermore, using industrial residue (e. g, fly ash and slag) as the mineral admixture of concrete not only cuts environment pollution and land occupation caused by industrial residue, environment pollution and energy consumptions caused by cement-production and concrete product costs but also modify the performance of concrete effectively.Firstly, based on testing method for specific surface area criterion of aggregate, mix proportion design of concrete incorporated with mineral admixtures is established. This text regards the concrete that designed by the above method as the main research object, and analyzes its mechanical property and cracking resistance using experimental and theoretical results. Integration with early studies on the concrete incorporated with mineral admixtures, it also pointed out the relationship between mechanical property of concrete with different added amounts of mineral admixture and its variation with the age. Finally, based on equivalent age, this paper studied the effects of temperature on the mechanical property of concrete incorporated with mineral admixtures, and a model for predicting the strength of concrete incorporated with mineral admixtures was established, that can be popularized in the practical engineering. The results of experiment indicated that the earlier mechanical property of concrete incorporated with mineral admixtures reduced slightly compared with the base concrete.but the later data is advanced. It showed that double-combined minerals could had the good cracking resistance of concrete effectively through researches and analyses of shrinkage, cracking by slab and ring test of concrete incorporated with mineral admixtures. Meanwhile, early age mechanical property of concrete incorporated with mineral admixtures is affected by temperature. The higher environment temperature is, the higher early age strength is. Therefore, reasonable temperature curing on the concrete construction can cut down the construction period and reduce the cost effectively. The research was financially supported by National Science Foundation (Grand No.50838008 and 51178413) and High Technology Research and Development Program of China (863 Program,2012AA050903). |
