| The evaluation after project is refer to the systematic and objective analysis of the purpose, executing process, benefit, effect and influence of the completed project or planning. Through review and summarize of the investment activity to check if the expected investment goal has achieved, the project or planning effective and reasonable or not, if the major performance indicator realized, through the analysis evaluation to find out the reasons of success or failure, and to sum up the experience and through the effective information feedback, to give suggestions how to improve and complete the level of investment decision for future project decision, in the same time to find out the improvement recommendations for the evaluated project in order to increase the investment returns. Project evaluation in the1830s produced in the United States until the1970s, was widely accepted by many countries and the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank and other bilateral or multilateral aid organizations worldwide finance activities for the results evaluation. The content of evaluation after project contains: evaluation of project objectives, evaluation of the project process, evaluation of project benefit, evaluation of project influence and evaluation of project continuity.The Yingpan Road Tunnel is located in Xiangjiang river channel’s middle corridor area, it divided into north and south two lines, the length of north line is3001m, and south line2702.084m; it has5ramps in total. Trunk for two-way four-lane tunnel tunnel ramp lane one-way tunnels. The construction of Yingpan road tunnel is commenced in Sep,2009, and completed by Oct.29th,2011. Until now it was open over one year, the operation data has analysis conditions. This paper use various methods of the after analysis,this paper uses a variety of methods, after evaluation, the project quality, schedule, safety, cost, environmental, social and other aspects meets predetermined requirements, successes and shortcomings of the aspects of the analysis anatomical reasons, to have a comprehensive evaluation of the objectives, process, technical effect and influence of the project. It has analysis the leakage situation, to analyze the reason the degree of leakage, also by compare with the same type tunnel, overall summarized the experience of the project management, construction quality and so on, try to offer useful assistance for the operation management work after project, also it can offer consult suggestions for the future tunnel construction project. |
