| Urban roads are the most important part of urban infrastructure construction,the environmental factors produced during the process of construction and operation of urban roads cannot be ignored.Moreover,currently in our country the urban road design is based on the route,the environmental factors have not been considered in the stage of urban road design and project selection.Thus,in this thesis we analyzed the main environment factors during the construction and operation period of urban road.Combined with the corresponding environmental standards,we proposed the quantitative index about urban road environmental assessment.Based on multi-factor evaluation,we evaluated that these two approaches lead to the effect on the environment.According to the engineering characteristics,the main contents of urban road environmental assessment are determined.Based on the problems existing in the construction and operation of urban roads,the main influencing factors of urban roads on the environment are preliminarily put forward.Based on the relevant theories of environmental assessment and the applicable environmental standards of urban roads,we proposed the main evaluation indexes of urban road environmental assessment.This is the basis of the quantification of subsequent evaluation indexes.In order to comprehensively evaluate the environmental factors during the process of construction and operation of urban roads,the multi-factor assessment method is used to evaluate the urban roads effect on environment.Based on the basic principle of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,combined with the corresponding environmental standards,directed to six kinds of environmental factors,such as society,ecology,air,sound,surface water and solid waste,we proposed the specific evaluation index scoring standard and preliminarily constructed the environmental assessment system of urban road.According to the basic situation of the actual project,the effect of urban roads on environment will be evaluated with the two approaches.The judgment matrix is constructed based on the importance of each environmental impact assessment index.The corresponding scores of each index will be determined according to the predicting influence during the construction period and operation period of urban roads.Based on the comprehensive evaluation method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the quantitative evaluation of the two engineering projects will be carried out,the influence degree of each project on the environment is determined,and the protection measures during construction and operation period are put forward according to the influence of each index on the environment. |
