Floating raft isolation is an effective method of reducting vibration and noise in ship power system. It is a new method to combine the technology of semi-active control with the technology of floating raft isolation, which is used for vibration isolation of ship power system and is worth being explored and researched. In this paper, the controllable floating raft isolation system for the semi-active control is researched in detail, and the main content is as follows:(1) Analyze the existing test system of floating raft isolation in the laboratory, redesign the analog vibration source, and build the experimental system of controllable floating raft isolation(2) Study on indicator characteristics, speed characteristics and power consumption characteristics of lost power state and having power state of the controllable damper referring to the test method of vehicle shock absorber by experiment.(3) Discuss and confirm evaluation index of the vibration isolation effect, analyze the vibration isolation characteristics of the single, double, raft and multi-layer vibration isolation system, discuss the semi-active control methods and confirm the basic control principle of the controllable floating raft isolation system for semi-active control.(4) Conduct a test on the controllable floating raft isolation experimental system in different controlled states by switch respectively, and study on the effect of vibration isolation by the method of vibration level difference.(5) Establish three freedom model of a single vibration source controllable floating raft isolation experimental system, and analyze vibration characteristics respectively by the solving result from MATLAB; establish a ADAMS model of the controllable floating raft isolation experimental system, and simulate their vibration characteristics. By comparing the test results with the theoretical result, analyze and discusse the vibration isolation effect of controllable floating raft isolation system.
