The floating raft is a kind of high-performance vibration-isolation device installed on boats,which is usually installed by passive control.It is possible to improve the vibration isolation characteristics of the floating raft system by realizing its semi-active control.The switch control of the semi-active floating raft is studied in this paper.The main content is as follows:(1)Establish the dynamic model of the semi-active floating raft system,discuss the disadvantages of the only two existing switch control algorithms.Study the properties of switch control of the semi-active control floating raft,and provide two new switch algorithms.(2)To evaluate the isolation effects of semi-active control of floating raft,discuss the main evaluation indexes of boat vibration isolation,analyses their advantages,disadvantages and applying ranges.Evaluate the vibration isolation effect of floating raft experiment platform with different evaluation indexes.(3)Establish the Simulink model of semi-active floating raft system,simulate the vibration isolation effects of semi-active floating raft under the control of previous and new switch algorithms respectively,and compare the simulation results.The results show the vibration isolation effects under the control of the new switch algorithms is better than previous switch algorithms near the resonant frequencies,where the 2nd new switch algorithm is better than the 1st new switch algorithm.The vibration isolation effects using different switch algorithms are close at high frequencies.(4)Build the semi-active floating raft experiment system,and test the vibration isolation effects of semi-active floating raft under the control of previous and new switch algorithms.The test results accord with the simulation results well,show the vibration isolation effects under the control of the new switch algorithms is better than previous switch algorithms near the resonant frequencies,where the 2nd new switch algorithm is better than the 1st new switch algorithm.and the vibration isolation effects under the control of the new switch algorithms is close to previous switch algorithms at other frequencies.
