At present, along with the economic growth and the development of living standard,we are facing an energy dependent world; most of we consumed is the nonrenewableresource, such as oil, natural gas and coal. We are being greatly beset by the terriblenonrenewable energy short supply, environment pollution and the deterioration of theecological environment which is caused by the energy over-consumed. It is imperative thatrationally use the renewable energy such at solar energy, wind energy, tide energy. As apractitioner in the communication industry and the proposal designer, I should try my bestto put the new energy in use in the communication industry.In the communication industry, the new energy mainly been used in the base station,these base station located in the island and mountain area which are far away from the gird,act the communication for the local tourism, fishery, sailing industry, etc. The power loadof these covered base stations usually shall not be high, but the pole line erection andwiring will be costive if we use the power supply system which adopts from the mainssupply, otherwise the costive diesel store and transportation, difficult equipmentmaintenance, low reliability and environment pollution will be caused by using the DieselGenerator. As this situation, the as a long-term and reliability resource, the local naturalpower can be adopted. Solar energy and wind energy as an inexhaustible and reproduciblesource are rich in above area, meanwhile solar energy and Wind energy are with strongcomplementarity, therefore the wind and solar energy complementary power generationsystem is a reliable and economic power supply system, it is suit for the low-capacitycommunication base station.This main purpose of this dissertation is for conscientiously carry out the nationalenergy-saving and emission-reduction requirement, research the application designproposal of the wind and solar energy complementary power generation system used inbase station, optimized the disadvantage, apply it in the Communication industry, andanalyze the application, building the model for different kindly of applicable scene,summarize the application guideline of wind and solar energy complementary powergeneration system. Practiced applied Tianjin, contrastively analyze the data of using thewind and solar energy complementary power generation system and Hybrid power ofwind, solar, electricity and diesel generation system in different area and differentenvironment, get the guidelines of the wind and solar energy complementary power generation system applied in Tianjin, estimate the effect of energy-saving andemission-reduction; improve and widespread in the further practice application, perfect thedesign handbook of wind and solar energy complementary power generation system.
