To solving the contradiction between the requirements of the tunnel highway pavement and the special environment, this paper configurates a kind of rubber ceramic concrete (RCC) flexible pavement materials with low Young’s modulus and high ductibility by improving the ordinary cement concrete. The material is applicable for highway tunnel pavement, and has a broad application prospect. According to the property of RCC and the mechanical characteristics of the pavement structure, RCC composite tunnel pavement surface structure (PCC-RCC) was established. The surface structure was divided into two layers, the upper layer is RCC, while the lower is ordinary cement concrete (PCC). By this way, different function needs can be met by layering different materials in different positions.This paper elaborated the modification mechanism of RCC firstly. And then the mix proportion of RCC was designed based on<The law of the People’s Republic of China industry standard technology of lightweight aggregate concrete regulations>. Taking fly ash, rubber powder, ceramic lightweight aggregate, polymer as raw materials, mixing proportion of RCC was further optimized through orthogonal test. During the process of optimization, ensure RCC with low Young’s modulus and high strength. Besides, the three factors such as dosage of fly ash, density level of ceramsite, and dosage of rubber powder infkmces on the strength and Young’s modulus of RCC was analyzed. Further, the changes of each factor influencing on the strength and Young’s modulus of RCC was illustrated separately. And optimum of the three factors is suggested in certain condition. Finally, numerical model of cement pavement under traffic loads was set up by FLAC3D, and temperature stress of PCC-RCC composite pavement structure was calculated, then, reasonable compound way of composite pavement structure can be chosen.
