Abstract:In the wake of building railway on a large scale, large numbers of tunnel projects will occur. Sections of super poor geological conditions in the tunnel construction can easily cause collapse, landslide, water burst, and other project accidents. Therefore, it has a great significance to forecast and assessment the geological conditions of the tunnel to guarantee project construction safety. And the tunnel core drilling is one of the most direct and effective methods of geological exploration.With the wide application of the pipe-roof advance support method in the tunnel project, the pipe roof rig has been one of the most critical equipments in the tunnel construction. At present, on one hand, because of the high price of foreign multi-purpose rig, it is unable to introduct enough rigs to meet domestic demand for tunnel construction. On the other hand, due to the single function of domestic core drilling rig, it is unable to meet other demand in tunnel construction. Based on the above, the research on the function of core drilling for model JGZ pipe shelter drill was proposed. The main contents of the research are as follows:(1) Research about the coring method for model JGZ pipe shelter drill. Through the analysis of the importance of tunnel coring, the requirements of coring quality, the principles of efficient coring and the differences between different coring methods, drilling technology of wire-line coring was determined to be used in model JGZ pipe shelter drill.(2) The design tentative of coring function for model JGZ pipe shelter drill. According to the characteristics of nearly horizontal core drilling of model JGZ pipe shelter drill, the rotary core drilling principle was chosed to design and calculate the core drilling capacity parameters, core drilling technical parameters and power drilling parameters.(3) Physical design of coring function for model JGZ pipe shelter drill. Starting from the coring functional structure design, type selections of power head, wire-line coring drilling tool and hydraulic winder were given. And the wire-line coring rope guidance mechanism was designed. On this basis, modal analysis of wire-line coring tool and drill pipe as a whole was done and resonance frequency of different drilling depth was got. Furthermore, through modal analysis, it is concluded that with the drilling depth increasing, the natural frequency decreases significantly. Finally, according to the function of each device in the coring drilling process, the overall layout of coring devices was designed.(4) Study on coring technology of model JGZ pipe shelter drill. From borehole structure, technical parameters, selections of flushing fluid, plugging technology, and drilling deviation several aspects, coring drilling technology and detail steps of coring operation were described. And at last, common faults and its processing ways were described.
