steel-concrete composite beam is a new structure which developed from the base of steel and reinforced concrete structures, it can give full play to the material properties. Steel-concrete composite beam structure which is give evidence of combining the advantages of steel and concrete structure with significant economic and social benefits through the application practice in our country,and it is suitable for capital construction of China.The theoretical system of the steel concrete composite beam is not completely enough as china stated late on it.especially in the development of traffic engineering of urban rail.The researches of connecting beam is still out of system,many problems were not researched Detaily as well as intensively even not stated.and there are many conclusions needed further study or strong evidence.This major is on the background of45m simply supported steel concrete composite girder bridge which in the Shenzhen metro line4phase2it completed pilot study of steel-concrete composite beam deigning and reducing in construction and custody. The major completed work as follows:(1) Proposed steel-concrete bridge structure by Combining the characteristics of urban rail transit bridge with the specific circumstances of the bridge site,. designed calculations of steel-concrete composite beam According to the theoretical research and practical application of existing composite beams, Such as total longitudinal stress and the intensity in the main beam, strand stress the use phase, girder strength and stability of steel box, and control of construction linear. These calculations ensure the security of the main beam design and bridge linear;(2) Combineing with the experience of existing composite beam、 construction technology and construction with the guidance of theoretical analysis, the key technologies of the background project is studied.Mainly including:construction of the overall project, compartmentalization of steel girder segment and manufacturing solutions of beam and lifting process of steel girder. In addition, layout of shear studs on steel-concrete bridge decks, technology of design and construction support system on bridge deck flange;(3) The solution which is aimed at solving the problem of welding line and deformation in the welding process put forward successfully in the project(4) discussing research status、noise source、characteristic and damage of noise by combining noise problem in the existing rail transit Bridges study with research of date and experience Put forward a successful application which reduce noise as much as possible in the project by reference to theoretical achievements and practical experience of noise reducing as well as comparing theoretical property with Feasibility and economy.
