ABSTRACT:Earthwork balance engineering is one of the important contents of vertical planning in the urban planning, including the design elevation and the earthwork calculation is of great significance to the planning and investment budget. Design elevation and earthwork calculation method involves not only the computational efficiency, and also its accuracy is a direct impact on the future project cost control and building construction.Presently, determined that the optimum design elevation most common means are the least square algorithm, but in the actual construction project, optimal solution theoretically is not usually able to use, this is because many factors create, because optimal solution theoretically has not considered the influence of terrain, request of production transportation even flood prevention. For example in the large-scale construction project, in the terrain complex area, by the flood level, the road grade and ground elevation and other influences of factors, the actual designed elevation is bigger than or less than the optimal solution of theoretically having, this article will study to try under the solution complex terrain condition particularly the issue of balanced grading, first was to studying the the method of concept, the designed elevation and cubic meter of earth and stone balance computation background, location and vertical plan had carried on the elaboration, one and has analyzed domestic and foreign regarding the method that the research situation of this kind of issue and used. Next to using the computer and routine method of networking computation earth volume has carried on the induction, carried on the detailed contrastive analysis from calculating principle, applicable scope, calculating procedure and other aspects, summarizes these routine methods the fit and unfit quality, crosswise has carried on the analysis contrast; Third was in most commonly used the square grid law and DTM method to earth volume computation has carried on the analysis of detailed induction and precision; Finally has analyzed the influence location smooth designed elevation definite factor, elaborated issue that the basic step and complex terrain of elevation planning should pay attention, thus formulates the overall vertical layout and trend, achieves the corporate planning goal of project.To estimate the plots earthwork at the planning stage, It not only aimed at the master site preparation’s difficulty but also the economy, and more importantly to the reasonable vertical planning, even if optimizing the adjustment programs.Taking the overall planning of ChenXi Industry and the controlling detailed planning of Chenzhou Industrial New Zone for instance, it uses ARCGIS, GPCAD and CASS7.0software to calculate the balance of the earthwork project area and do the empirical research through the most commonly used grid and DTM combined law.
