To restrict Delaunay triangle-net is further to optimizate of Delaunay triangle-net, whichwill make it more appliable to real project. This paper combines the characteristic of terrainand road project, using the terrain character line reasonably to divide the large area terraindata, and then using the terrain character line divisionally to build restrictive Delaunaytriangle-net, to connect and form the wholy restrictive zone Delaunay triangle- net, to speedup building restrictive Delaunay triangle-net, and to simplify the disposal of terrain characterline as the restrictive boundary and the complicated degree of programme too; At the sametime, according to the data of road midline, to calculate road sloping lines, as well as the jointof road sloping lines and terrain character line, to build the digital terrain model both road andterrain. This paper is baseed on WINDOWS operation platform, using MFC of VC++ andOpenGL language to combine. To validate the above theory to realize the digital visualizationsimulation and to form a simply and easily operational visualized simulative system, thissystem should have the function of hereinafter several aspects:(1) Read data files. Read and store three-dimensional data of the points of whole area terrain,the points of character line and the points of road middle line in the document.(2) Show the planar and three-dimensional display of the whole zone restrictive Delaunaytriangle-net, and the display of nephogram and texture drape of reflecting terrain gurgitation,the use of OpenGL texture technique to paste texture picture.(3) According to the road width of enactment, to calculate the road boundary and the roadsloping lines, to form the three-dimensional whole model of road and terrain, and glue texturepictures of road and slope.(4) Picture transforming operation. They can translate, rotate and scale the builded pictures.(5) Inquiration function. It can inquire earthwork quantity, road transect, vertical section, andcheck the actual effect of the joint of road and terrain by transform operation.This paper empolders the whole three-dimensional visualization system both road andterrain, the system is object-oriented and exoteric, this system has the friendly operationinterface, easy operation, convenience and fastness etc.
