Research On The Dynamic Alliance Organization Sy Construction Project Based On The Comprehen Coordination Management

With the growing competition in the construction market, the management and technology requirements of the modern construction project are gradually increasing, making the traditional organization model emerge varying degrees of unsuitability and most construction companies find it’s hard to seize the opportunities of a rapidly changing market relying solely on their own internal resources. Therefore, it’s being an urgent problem to be solved that how to build a more effective organization and management mode in the modern construction project management. Dynamic alliance model is widespread concerned in the construction industry because of the integration sharing of resources and core competencies to share risk. Due to the development of the dynamic alliance organizational model in the construction industry is lagging behind, there are a lot of coordination management problems in the organization building and running process. Therefore, the combination of the dynamic alliance with the coordination management theory is to analysis the coordination factors that may exist in the construction project organization, and research its performance evaluation issues based on comprehensive coordination management.The article firstly presents the coordination management theory of construction project and dynamic alliance theory, analyzes the formation motives and critical success factors of dynamic alliance and introduces the system of coordination management theory. Based on the above theoretical basis, the article analyzes the inherent relationship between coordination management and dynamic alliance from two aspects, including the possible coordination problems in the dynamic alliance mode and the mechanism of coordination management to dynamic alliance. Secondly, this paper presents the building of the organizational system of dynamic alliance based on comprehensive coordination management, using appropriate coordination method to optimize the choice of leaguer enterprises and the organizational structure, establishing a support information platform based on the coordinated control center and coordination management mechanisms to ensure the successful operation of the organization. Finally, basing on the three-dimensional value model of the dynamic alliance, this paper establishes a performance evaluation index system from three aspects, including the value of the project, alliance organizations internal relations as well as the operating efficiency of the Union and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to do an evaluation. It’s an innovative to the project management theory to analyze the new organization management model basing on the theory of coordination management of construction project and to find the coordination problems and its solution in the building and running process. There is still a lot inadequacy to be improved.
