Technology And Implementation Of High-speed Railway Track Geometry Detection

Along with the development of high speed railway, track detection technology controlled by the artificial measurement before gradually shift the computer automated measurement, and the emergence of new track measurement trolley make it can detect both the internal geometry size and the external geometry size. This paper from the perspective of developing the new track measuring trolley, describes the measuring principle for detecting the track parameters and the hardware structure. It also describes the calculation method of relevant content in detail about coordinate inverse of horizontal curve, coordinate measurement of horizontal curve, vertical curve, etc. In this paper, the main research work are as follows:(1) It use VC6.0and GeoCOM developed Railway Data Collection System used to carry the track measurement, show the track parameter values and deviation values.(2) It developed Railway Track Maintenance Analysis System, which used to analysis the track irregularity, simulate to adjust track, make the track maintenance plan.(3) It use the finished track measurement trolley in new high speed railway surveying engineering, part to complete the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway measurement, according to the measured data, and analysis the measuring accuracy of track measurement trolley in detail.(4) It is used in the existing railway surveying engineering, and finished a total of25km line measurement from40KM to65KM in Guangshen railway which speed is200km/h, the use of its measuring data to get track adjustment scheme is optimized, and it can cooperate with big drum machine to finish the fine adjustment of railway, compared before and after the maintenance work, we can determine it eliminate the track diseases that cannot be eliminated before.
