| People promote green environmental protection building materials withthe development of the society, in order to achieving the goals ofnational energy conservation and emissions reduction and carrying outsustainable developmental strategy.Crops straw as a kind of new typebuilding material, it is widely used to improve the efficiency of strawutilization, reduce the waste straw burning caused by environmentalpollution, the energy consumption of buildings, improve indoor thermalenvironment and improve the living comfort of people.In this paper, the crop straw brick, straw bale wall and straw balebuilding is analysed and studied. DRY-300F type applies for testingthe coefficient of thermal conductivity on different ratios of strawbrick samples. In the experiment of comparative analysis,this articlereaches a conclusion that the less of the moisture content,the smallerof the coefficient of thermal conductivity,and the better insulationperformance will be. Adding certain quantity of straw into the soil andconcrete can improve the insulation performance of the straw bricksamples with different ratios.As a kind of material for insulation,thecoefficient of thermal conductivity of the crop straw bricks is obviouslyappropriate for improving the insulation performance of the structure.Due to straw bale coefficient of thermal conductivity small, internalheat is not lost, so used as insulation materials, can significantlyimprove the thermal insulation performance of buildings.Different strawcomposite wall structures have been designed,and its periodic steadystate thermal analysis has been carried out by the software ANSYS. Analysis results and the theoretical design and calculation results arethe same, so the straw bale wall has good heat preservation performance.By further researches of straw bale building structure and enclosurestructure, concluded that straw bale building costs lower, and it’s moreenergy conservation and more environmental protection compared with thetraditional ordinary bricks.All in all, straw bale material is a kind of lightweight, high strength,heat preservation, sustainable utilization green building materials.Straw bale buildings provide more comfortable living environment forpeople and widely used in large areas in our country. It has realisticsignificance of development for buildings’ energy saving of villagesand towns. |
