According to standard, this paper analyzed in theory,built the mathematical model.Separately,according to the hot box method and circle tube method, experiment on thewall heat preservation and heat insulation performance of the pipeline. Through theanalysis of the experimental results, compute the coefficient of thermal conductivity,according to the least square method, the formula of coefficient of thermalconductivity is deduced between temperature difference.Draw the curve, compared therelationship of heat preservation material and thickness,analysed the influence of heatpreservation effect reflective film, and finally got some conclusions:The thickness show the ability of heat preservation of thermal insulationmaterial,but is not the thicker the better,lots of reasons must be considered. reflectivefilm can improve heat preservation,but with too many films,heat will lose.In order to validate experiments and understand the internal temperaturedistribution situation. Using numerical simulation software for the platformrespectively,do numerical simulation to the two kinds of heat preservationcondition,render the corresponding temperature distribution.Good heat preservation material should not only has good performance, and alsoasked to consider the economy,so we need to do economy analysis. Through the wallthermal insulation material as the economic analysis, though silica aerogels as the wallheat preservation material is better than other heat preservation material, thecharacteristics of the material price too high, against its extensive use. Through theanalysis of the heat preservation economy as a pipeline, this paper studies one layercompare with two layers, the economy of two layers is better than one layer.This article through the study of silica aerogel cotton blanket insulatingperformance, ask the requirement to put forward and develop the research of China’snew thermal insulation material promotional,push forward China’s energy savingdevelopment.
