| Control valve is an important implementation of the system components in nuclearpower plant, particularly the importance of the safety and reliability of nuclear safety valve,and the reliability of the valve control system largely depends on the stability, the dynamiccharacteristics of a valve in the valve control system design plays an extremely important role.Therefore, the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of control valve is significant.With the rapid development of computer and CFD technology, the advantage of CFDnumerical simulation is more obvious, the detailed information of the internal flow can be gotthrough the numerical simulation of the control valve, and had a short cycle, lowcost-research. Thus, CFD numerical simulation has been widely used in recent years.This paper is to study the throttle tube which is different from the traditional controlvalve, and its unique airway and throttle control is the assisted energy amplification device,playing the role of power amplification. For the works of throttle valve tube, the paperinvestigates the dynamic response of the throttle valve tube. In the course of the study, byadoption of Pro/ENGINEER, the throttle tube flow control valve is modeled, mesh isgenerated by ANSYS ICEM, and the check Valve opening process of change is numericallysimulated by CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) software FLUENT. Thus, during theopening process, the distance between the throttle tube and piston changes curve, the forcechanges curve can be obtained, for the valve control system design is provided.The calculation results show that the throttle valve at a constant speed of movementdriven by the motor torque, the work environment in which the inlet pressure is greater,thethrust on the piston surface is greater, and the energy savings is more notable. |
