Along with the economic globalization speeding up, the people demandof living standards is higher and higher, preschool education has beendeveloped rapidly, at the same time to adapt to the state policy advocacyfrom points of junior high and preschool and primary and middle schoolstudents to and from school transportation market gradually developed andexpanded, dedicated school bus number get more demand.With the rapid development of the emerging field of the school bus, thedesign and manufacture technology of ascension is of great significance forimproving vehicle safety and comfort. Automobile assembly drawing isimportant link in the process of school bus manufacturing, the body layout isone of the key part of the body the layout of the man-machine engineering,aerodynamics, color science and modern manufacturing methods such asget comprehensive application technology.Special school bus in China technology development started late,research has focused on the school bus safety. For example: on schoolbus safety information system realized by3G network, monitoring behavior,the school bus crash safety performance and occupant protection in theaccident school bus simulation research, application of ANSYS/LS-DYNAsoftware to the school bus rear collision beam is studied, with its improvedoccupant protection after the bus tail in the accident.Technical reserves bus design and development of the correspondingwith wide bus market is relatively weak bus enterprises. And in the designand development process of the school bus, general layout of the body tothe school bus safety and comfort play a decisive role. According to the characteristics of the use of school buses,security, humanized design and the driver the car inside and outside thevision of security factors on the skeleton of the full range analysis, andgradually realize the school bus safety-intelligent, humanization.This paper introduces the medium for the school bus layout design,with team to undertake LCK6736DX development plan for the school busbody according to the study. The whole paper consists of four parts: first thismodel of the bus for the confirmation of the overall design and designspecifications, including the school bus design, the parameters of thechassis and body size and so on were described, draw the school busgeneral arrangement plan. Second sheet metal layout of the bus bodynarrative, including body frame of3d modeling, CAE optimization analysis,and the layout of car accessories. Third and final assembly of the bus bodylayout in detail, complete driving the three-dimensional modeling, drivingarea control arrangement, students seats for design analysis. Fouth it isverified by a prototype test the rationality of the special school bus bodydesign and reliability.In-depth analysis of bus body general layout and provide a theoreticalbasis for the follow-up design,3D modeling, and the concept of ergonomicsand CAE matrix analysis method used in the research process, provide areference to the modern design of passenger car.
