And byanalyzing the geoheritage types and its conservation status, polices are made to protect thegeoheritage and promote tourism, economic development. In this paper, the present managementand development situation is summed, and the problems of the protection and management ingeopark is on discussion. At last, based on the sustainable development theory, the feasible advices in terms of protection,management and development of BaishushanGeopark,Delingha,Qinghai Province is proposed.
