Currently, in some cities, with the public transportation network density increases, bus travel line growth, public transportation information systems development and the implementation of changes in the operating environment such as public transportation, the traditional bus-line scheduling method to take advantage of the vehicle, efficient use of resources has been looked backward, but also has been difficult to adapt to the development of urban expansion, making bus, take the bus to be "crowded bus" was replaced, it seems that the crowded bus has become the norm. In the crowded front passenger comfort is non-existent. With the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid growth of vehicle ownership, urban traffic congestion and traffic pollution is increasing, resource utilization is not high, irrational structure and other issues become more prominent, the city public transport system and hopes through large-capacity, fast transport to ease traffic pressure. Therefore, how reasonable adjustments scheduling, transportation research areas become issues of concern.Based on this, this paper studies the theory of the public transport system of regional dispatch summarized domestic transit system optimization scheduling theory, method and applied research; operational organization of regional line network optimization, traffic operations planning, scheduling with cars ways and means to develop and scheduling processes are discussed; paper finally scheduling method used in the zone of Jinan City, part of the regional bus lines, bus-line with traditional scheduling methods compared and analyzed regional dispatch in transit vehicles, personnel use, resource effective use of, in particular, to solve the issue of passenger travel, better than the traditional single scheduling conclusions.
