| With the rapidly developing of economy, the function requirements of buildings areincreasingly diversification and modernization. The buildings such as shopping malls,garages and so on-frequently using the structure of big column grid or large space-arespring out. However, the traditional structures of floor are unable to meet well therequirement of large space and flexible functions. In recent years, the application anddevelopment of different forms of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor conform the trending. Inorder to play well the advantage of bearing structure system of the cast-in-situ concretehollow floor and improving the building function, this paper puts forward a new type ofcast-in-situ hollow floor structure-the built-in EPS particle cementing piece of cast-in-placefloor which based on the existing cast-in-situ hollow floor. By dividing the concrete which isless stress contribution and weight increased, the built-in EPS particle cementing piece ofcast-in-place floor is a kind of horizontal bearing structure and composed ribbed, thin andlight weight entities internal. By using the waste foam particles as aggregate the built-in EPSparticle cementing piece of cast-in-place floor can be energy conservation and environmentaloriented, and making full use of the advantages such as lightweight, heat preservation andheat insulation. The main research of this paper is as follows:1. In order to get the reasonable mixing ratio, waste EPS particle cementing blockforming experiment was carried out to obtain an effect of light, cheap, and heat preservation.Because of a lot of influential factors about EPS particle cementing block molding, we use oforthogonal design and multiple sets of test to solve the problem of complex combination ofmulti-factor. We made a150mm x150mm x150mm standard cube block on the basis ofusing multiple sets of tests and got the optimal mixture ratio by the analysis from pressuretest completed in standard condition after curing28days.2. We design and produce the floor with EPS particles cement-block entities based onthe standard cube blocks’ test. First of all, according to the form’s characteristics of the EPSparticles block, we design EPS particle cementing entities to make model by using steelmould to be repeatedly used and for industrialized production. And then we make the EPS particle cementing block entity to base on the optimal mixture ratio form the EPS particlecementing cube experiment’s conclusion.3. The paper summarizes a new kind of construction method suitable for this new floorstructure form on the basis of construction method in existing cast-in-situ concrete hollowfloor structure, and carries on the analysis and evaluation from the perspectives of economicand social benefits.4. We use STRAT---general finite element software to establish the analysis model ofthe built-in EPS particle cementing cast-in-place floor piece, complete the structure stressanalysis, research load stress, strain and crack about the built-in EPS particle cementing blockof cast-in-place floor etc and discuss the right rib width, the thick bottom floor, the sizecementing EPS particle as geometry. That provides necessary theoretical basis for its practicalengineering design and application.The built-in EPS particle cementing block of cast-in-place floor is a new form camefrom the research on the basis of the existing cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor, so it has theadvantage characteristics of the general cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor. This new structureform is used waste polystyrene foam particles as internal model aggregate and comply therequirement of the development in the energy saving of national building, and the promisingprospect is broad. |
