The crack problems in construction engineering has long plagued by practitioners and academics. New technology, new material applied in the construction of more and more popular, the phenomenon of the crack is more and more common, so the crack has become an urgent need to solve technical problems. Study of modern building materials, a crack is absolute, no crack is relative, therefore, the structure of the crack is inevitable. In this paper, in combination with the engineering practice of construction engineering is the most common of cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab crack problems are discussed in this paper, from the aspects of concrete materials and construction factors, design, and summarized the cause of this kind of cracks are analyzed, put forward to prevent the occurrence of cracks, must from material, design, construction and other aspects to take comprehensive control methods and measures. In combination with related literature, this paper expounds the basic concept, the development mechanism of cracks, introduces the basic form of crack, common forms, analysis the reason of the cracks and lead to the production mechanism of the shrinkage of concrete structure cracks are factors and its influencing factors, and from two aspects of design and construction of comprehensive discusses the causes of the cracks appear, puts forward the corresponding prevention measures according to different reasons, and introduces the processing method of crack repair. Combined with engineering example, using finite element software ANSYS to establish a theoretical model, studied the load effect on the properties of floor stress crack and construction measures to prevent and repair reinforcement Suggestions are put forward.
