| As an important part of our country’s sustainable development strategy, buildingenergy efficiency has been recognized universally in construction industry. However,the work of promotion is still with great difficult. In theory, the promotion is a methodof marketing with the high receptivity and low cost. Thus, in order to make theEnergy-efficient buildings be widely accepted by the society, it is necessary toreinforce the management of promotion progress. Based on the analysis of obstaclesin the promotion progress with the theory of Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR), this study aim atenrich the theoretical study in promotion management. This thesis mainly focus on theconcept of building energy-saving promotion, the game analysis on participates, thepromotion self-organization evolution, implementation environment and objectiveassessment.Firstly, the concept and property of building energy-saving promotion areexplored. The game theory and self-organization theory are introduced as thefoundation of the present study. In addition, this paper analyzes the promotionself-organization characteristics and constructs a promotion mechanism.Secondly, this thesis analyzes the game for mainly promotion profit holders. Byidentifying the promotion profit holders, the game models are set up. And someconcludes are put forward after discussing static equilibrium of mixed strategy anddynamic benefits, such as some constraints should be applied, there was a positivecorrelation between decision-making’s probability and benefits that be obtained inpromotion progress.Thirdly, the building energy-saving promotion evolutionary process that resultsfrom the interaction between the power of self-organization and external environmentwas elaborated. It proposes that the trajectory of promotion which contains bothconcepts of time and space can meet S-type curve on the basis of analysis of technicalobstacles, information barriers and policy obstacles in the promotion progress. Andthis conclusion is demonstrated though Logistic model. At the same time, constructethe Space Model of promotion. Fourth, it gives energy consumption analysis caused by the thermal performanceof building including glazing ratio, heat transfer coefficient and shading factor byusing the Dest-c software (Building environment design simulation software). Inaddition, this thesis also studies the life-cycle promotion environment and proposessome relevant technical and manages measures.Fifth, the economic evaluation of energy-efficient building is discussed thoughcost/benefit analysis. Construct the building energy efficiency promotion hierarchystructure model based on AHP-GRAP (combining the analytic hierarchy process andgrey relational analysis process). After computing the weights of the influencingfactor and promotion model, the optimal promotion strategy is introduced. At last,raise some promotion optimization measures based on the result of research. |
