Research On Rural Landscape Planning In Baoding Plain Region

With the development of economy and the constant improvement of the level ofurbanization, rural planning and construction is attracting more and more attention, whosekey is rural landscape. It is an urgency to solve the relationship between the city and thecountryside under the new situation. The decisions and deployment of the centralcommittee of the communist party of China about the new rural construction has arousedstrong repercussions in Hebei province, and the12th five-year plan clearly put forwardsome suggestions like promoting the building of new homes, and improving the livingconditions of farmers. Village on plain is an important part in rural areas, which have agreat influence on the city, but they are facing man problems such as environmentalpollution and cultural lack.Baoding plain rural areas become less and less, some of villages change into towns,some of them are lack of unified planning and landscape characteristic, some of themcannot see the new village, just new house. In the process of development, Countrydamage to ecological environment was damaged; culture and customs were faded awaygradually. Rural reconstruction was blind imitation, and a great number of western-stylebuildings spring up. Large squares and grass lawn frequently used, but the localcharacteristic of the historic sites were damaged and dismantled in construction. Ruralconstruction should be based on the specific cultural environment and naturalenvironment, especially pay attention to the protection of historical and ecologicalenvironment. In the face of declining of rural landscape, people are gradually aware of theimportance of rural landscape planning, so it is significant to do some research andanalyze the rural landscape and sum up how to build new socialist countryside under thenew situation.Taking the village of Baojiazuo in Anxin town as an example, the paper analyzed thesite, studied the related documents, drawn lessons from domestic and foreign, learned theadvanced theory and method, summarized the ideas and methods of rural landscapeplanning in plain area. The paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the preface,which analyzed the thesis research background, research purpose and significance,elaborated the research content, research methods and research status at home and abroad.The second part expatiated the concept of rural landscape, and analyzed the constituentelements of rural landscape. The third part summarized rural distribution of Baoding plain at first, investigated and studied the status quo, found the existing problems in thelandscape planning, and analyzed the problem. The fourth part is the key point of thepaper, which summarized the ideas and methods about the rural landscape, road landscape,water landscape and public space landscape planning according to the relevantprofessional knowledge, principles and planning principles. The fifth part linkedtheoretical knowledge to practical application, which took the village of Baojiazuo inAnxin town as an example, and then detailed analysis the planning method. The sixthchapter is the epilogue, which put forward the conclusion and the shortcomings existingin the paper.
