Research Of High-voltage Circuit Breaker Standard Signal Genetator

With the rapid development of power industry and power automation systems in our country,the regular maintenance of power system powered devices become increasingly unsuitable to theactual demand of electric production. In this context, the online monitoring of the powerequipment is gradually involved in the field of power production system.According to the actual demand of the online monitoring equipment in high voltage circuitbreaker, determined the function and performance indicators of the standard signal generator ofhigh voltage circuit breaker. After the actual waveform acquisition and digital signal processingbased on wavelet transform, get the true and accurate action waveform of high voltage circuitbreaker, and that provide a reliable basis for the standard signal output. From the two aspects ofthe hardware and software, the design and implementation of the standard signal generator ofhigh voltage circuit breaker has been described in detail. The hardware using the STM32familyof processors based on the Cortex-M3core, and the software using an embedded real-timeoperating system μC/OS-II.After actual test, the function and performance of system fully fill the bill which hascompleted the study of mechanical characteristic of high-voltage circuit breaker on-linesimulation system.
