Fuel cells activation instrument is the equipment to add and control reaction gas, tomonitor and record various parameters, to control reaction temperature, pressure and so on.The monitoring and control system is the core of the entire equipment. This thesis took aresearch on an activation instrument monitoring and control system based on theembedded processor and the Qt platform.This thesis designed a an fuel cell activation instrument monitoring and controlsystem, which take microcontroller, digital-to-analog converter chip, and the IPC as thehardware foundation, and Qt platform as software foundation. The system uses theAD7328to do data transform after acquisition, STM32microcontroller to do underlyingcommunication and digital capture and output, the IPC to do data storage, analysis,instruction generation and, ultimately, the data presented to the user and accept usermanipulation. According to the analysis of the actual application requirements, this thesistake a overall design on the system: the system is divided into two parts of the hostcomputer system and the console computer system, the software system of the hostcomputer is divided into communication module, data storage module, data analysismodule, the warning module, command generation module, the user UI module, theconsole computer system can be divided into acquisition module, control module, andcommunications module. In software design, this thesis further detailed analysis anddesign and software modules. In the communication module, this thesis analyzed all of thecommunication data, and designed a reliable communication protocol. In the data storagemodule, this thesis summarized system data, and designed the data table stored in thedatabase. In the data analysis module, this thesis focused on the drawing of graphic. All ofthose modules and other modules are combined into the software system of the hostcomputer.The fuel cell activation instrument monitoring and control system designed by thisthesis combines the advantages of the embedded system and Qt platform, the performanceof the system achieves the predetermined requirements of the subject.
