| With the rapid development of fuel cell technology in recent years, the Fuel Cell System(called FCS for short) has an increasingly wide ultilization in fields of traffic, power plants and stations,electronic equipment,etc. FCSs are sometimes uesd as the back-up power in remote places where fieldwork manufacturing is not convenient, so the fuel cell remote monitor and control system(called FCRMCS for short) is becoming an indispensable part. FCRMCS is an intelligent system which can supervise and control the FCS in distant range. Without technicians staying in field, it will acquire the real-time information about the fuel cells in each network node and can send control command remotely, thus saving manpower and material resource, enhancing the stability of the system. Based on the background of the FCS, a research for the realization of FCRMCS has been made. The main contents are as follow:The architectures of remote monitoring systems in recent times has been analysed, confirming the technical proposal that combine the field bus with the internet network to establish an open and extended network. Then the key technic methods about internet communication, database storage and access, website construction has been discussed. Winsocket,ADO,ASP.net technic have been chosen in the end.The design for Field Monitoring Site has been implemented. Firstly, the function analyse and modularization are realized. And then, adopting the WinCE OS, UI of the application is designed and detailed descriptions are made for each module. This part has accomplished the funtions of data receiving,showing, saving, distant trasfering.The implementation of the server platform is finished. Firstly, UI is designed after analysing the functions of the server application, and then particularly describes the design of the key modules. Secondly, the design of the monitoring website is accomplished by using the CSS+DIV method for web page layout and style, AJAX control for local refresh.At last, a special discussion for the system security is made. Some strategies for user access and web security, such as user/key and access validation methods, are promoted based on the security problem the system may exist. A way of combining DES encryption and TCP/IP header hiding for data transmission is put forward and realized.The practical operation conditions of FCRMCS indicates that the design is rational. Users can preliminarily accomplish the task of real-time monitoring, data query through the field monitoring site, remote server platform or the monitoring website, and a higher security is guaranteed at the same time. |
