Automobile is the synthesis with advanced technology and pioneer art, in the cardesign history, automobile industry always strictly followed the law of aesthetics directand efficiently practice with this, so every style evolution will drive a new aesthetic andnew technology innovation in society, it can be said without exaggeration that car designlead the direction of industrial design and promote the development of society. Theresearch to the trend of the automobile design style would be a great guidance to thewhole industrial design field. While the front face design is antecedents of car brandbuilding, the importance of which has been magnified with the importance of the brandidentity gradually paid with more attention.Radicalism, derived from Italy in the1960s, is an adornment movement that paranoidchase artistic design in the industrial society, characterized with emphasizing of thenatural, human nature and free design form. Because of the excessive idealism and thecoming apart of social productive forces, it was led to vanish in the80s within a shortperiod. However, the design concept of the later has been profoundly influenced. Thispaper discusses the guiding function of the aesthetic law of car design, through theanalysis of change trend recent of the front face design in recent years, Here we come tothat the automobile modeling design towards an irrationalism design style which is similarto the radicalism in the last decade. The front face design emerging up with anomamentalism style movement which is extremely similar to the radicalism, the designtechnique of face image is filled with nonphysical demand characteristics, Facing withsuch an aesthetic evolution of front face design, we can describe it with the definition ofpluralistic. However, pluralistic isn`t a specific description to style characteristics, weneed a new definition to generalize the style characteristics of present car design.Based on the contemporary aesthetic need, this thesis inheritance and develop theradicalism and proposed the "new radicalism style" with careful description.
